Sandra Tiffany is a spiritual mentor, guide, and truth-teller devoted to helping people come home to themselves.
Her awakening journey began in 2016 and deepened profoundly in 2019, when she began asking the bigger questions, why we’re here, how we heal, and what it really means to live awake in the world.
Drawing from lived experience, deep curiosity, and years of study across modalities including energy work, Human Design, and Kabbalistic wisdom, Sandra creates grounded, heart-centered spaces where people feel safe to soften, unravel old patterns, and reconnect with their inner knowing.

Maryrose is an angel medium and intuitive mentor with almost 2 decades as a psychiatric nurse. Her work grew from a sensitivity that became impossible to ignore, intense emotional waves and an awareness that she was carrying more than what was hers.
Rather than push through, she turned toward practices that brought her back into her body and back into herself through, meditation, prayer, and energy healing. Over time, intuitive knowing and spirit connection became something steady and integrated rooted in discernment.
Her clinical background anchors her approach, while her additional training in Reiki, mediumship, meditation, and clinical hypnotherapy allows her to support transformation at deeper levels where subconscious patterns, emotional imprints, and energetic residue can shift.
Today, Maryrose helps people come back to inner safety, strengthen discernment, and clear what keeps them looping. When aligned, she offers spirit-led guidance to deepen clarity and support clients in trusting their own knowing.
